Yes, Maison Azoul collaborates with premium logistics partners (FedEx, DHL and UPS) to deliver our pieces to over 50 countries. Every shipment is fully insured and each rug is carefully packaged using breathable fabric and eco-friendly materials to ensure protection during transit. Standard pieces from our store are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Custom rugs, crafted to your specifications, are delivered within 7 to 12 business days.
Can I order a custom-made rug?
Customization is at the heart of our Brand. We can adapt dimensions, patterns, and natural dyes from our collections to suit your specific project. You can choose the size, design, color palette, and our artisans will create a bespoke piece just for you. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
