Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, Maison Azoul collaborates with premium logistics partners (FedEx, DHL and UPS) to deliver our pieces to over 50 countries. Every shipment is fully insured and each rug is carefully packaged using breathable fabric and eco-friendly materials to ensure protection during transit. Standard pieces from our store are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Custom rugs, crafted to your specifications, are delivered within 7 to 12 business days.
Can I order a custom rug?
Customization is at the heart of our Brand. We can adapt dimensions, patterns, and natural dyes from our collections to suit your specific project. You can choose the size, design, color palette, and our artisans will create a bespoke piece just for you. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
What materials do you use?
Every Mazoul rug begins with the land. We use hand-spun Siroua wool from the High Atlas — a rare fiber known for its natural luster, softness, and durability — combined with organic cotton for select pieces. Our palette is drawn entirely from plant and mineral sources: indigo, saffron, pomegranate, and earth pigments. No synthetic dyes. No shortcuts. Only materials the land has always offered.
Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the product you can return it within 10 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
