Can I order a custom-made rug?

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 10 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in its original condition, without any damage or alterations. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
