Returns &Refunds

In compliance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason. To be eligible, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where products are returned damaged or used, Maison Azoul reserves the right to withhold part of the refund.

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, you will need to place a new order.

If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at return@mazoul.com with detailed photos of the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no extra cost. You will have the option to receive a refund or a replacement, subject to availability.
