Maison Azoul offers handmade products, including Berber rugs, decorative items, and lighting fixtures, all originating from Moroccan craftsmanship. Each product is unique and may exhibit variations in color or size due to its artisanal production process.

4. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping fees. Shipping fees are added to the order total during the checkout process.

5. Orders

Orders are placed directly on the www.mazoul.com website. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email detailing your order. Maison Azoul reserves the right to refuse any order in case of disputes with the client or product unavailability.

6. Shipping

Maison Azoul commits to shipping orders within 48 to 72 hours after the order confirmation date. Deliveries are handled by DHL Express within Europe, and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Payment

Payment is made online via credit card using a secure payment system. All transactions are encrypted and secured to protect your data.
