1. Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return a product without providing a reason, provided that it is returned in its original condition and has not been used.
To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mazoul.com with your order number and the products you wish to return. We will provide the return address.
2. Return Conditions
Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products or errors on our part.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. In cases where products are returned damaged or used, Maison Azoul reserves the right to withhold part of the refund.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you wish to order a different product, you will need to place a new order.
5. Defective Products
If you receive a defective product or an item that does not match your order, please contact us immediately at info@mazoul.com with detailed photos of the product. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no extra cost. You will have the option to receive a refund or a replacement, subject to availability.
